DEDIC Center is a non-governmental not-for profit independent organization established in 2012, whose main aim is to contribute to the development of European cultural dialogue, EU values and cultural diplomacy.
We propose to:
- study and organize research on public and cultural diplomacy, European and international decision-making, civil society development, European communication mechanisms, and the promotion of human rights and democracy.
- formulate and recommend solutions for the design of European and national policies in the following fields: culture and audio-visual, education and innovation, youth and sport, employment, environment, regional development, rural development, tourism, international relations and foreign affairs;
- promote active European citizenship, communication and European dialogue;
- promote cultural diplomacy, inter-ethnic and interdenominational dialogue, interculturalism, multiculturalism, non-discrimination and equality, as well as values and policies at EU, national, regional and local levels;
- support initiatives aimed at promoting European cultural values through research, civic action, cultural activities and education;
- organize training programs.
